Okay. so the situation in libya has been reaching its climax up to now.
And many in my school think that all the western countries should have just kept to themselves and leave libya to itself. BUT i think that when the civilians are being targetet the way that Gadaffi does i think its okay to come in and stop it the way we did. I know thats not the reason we got into Libya but its still being done. But its clear that if we had not come in to help the civilians against Gadaffi he would have taken libya back. But right now i dont see how he can get a hold of libya again.
So whats your opinion? Do you think its okay for us to intervene in Libya or should we just let it go by itself ? :)
I think it is our duty as developed nations to protect those who can't protect themselves. What doesn't help is my Prime Minister taking the lead on the war efforts when he has (in my opinion) more important things to worry about.
